Turning the page on a new chapter!

Today we have turned a page on a wonderful chapter in the history of Photogenesis Photography, and have officially moved to our new location in Waterford. This begins a brand new chapter for our studio. We are very excited for the improvement of our client services and the portraits we create as a result of this strategic move. Check back here for updates and almost daily blogposts and photos of our new space! And of course none of this is possible without God's leading. He gets the Glory!

Exciting times ahead!!

For the last couple of days I have been moving and cleaning and organizing. It has been a huge job clearing out our old space and now it is getting very exciting to continue creating the new! I have been so busy I have not had any time to post images but I will do so soon!

It is amazing how 30 years goes by so quickly and lots of things pile up everywhere. Part of the thrill of our new space is that we are starting fresh and all of the new technology allows us to do so much with so little.

By Friday I should be totally moved out and by next week brand new exciting opportunities will begin for our clients! I am looking forward to the fresh and new Photogenesis! Many images will be posted soon!

Two more weeks!

For those of you who keep checking back, the studio is about 90% moved to our new location! In two weeks we will be celebrating 30 years in business and we will also be working out of our fresh new location with much newness in place to better serve all of our clients! More photos to come!

BUNNY DAYS!

In the midst of a very busy time of moving, this is also a busy time of getting ready for our annual portraits with kids and bunnies! The bunnies are reserved and this will be our last official event at our "old" studio.
Photos of the new studio will be posted soon. In the meantime, I have to get ready for the bunnies!

Moving right along

Albert Einstein once said "If a cluttered desk is a sign of a cluttered mind, of what then, is an empty desk a sign of?"

I thought of the quote above when I looked at this picture below. This is a photo of my new office. It is up and running and about 75% complete.
For months now I have been gathering and removing 30 years worth of compiled "stuff" from our studio. I am learning that I can be more productive without so much of the stuff that I used before. New technology is a great luxury to create a better product in a smaller but more efficient amount of space.

I am also very thankful for how God continues to lead both Barb and I down this exciting new path of providing a better experience than ever before for our clients. Thank you all for following along!
